Learner’s License

  1. Visit the official website of Parivahan. 
  2. Choose ‘Learner’s License’. 
  3. Upload the relevant documents. 
  1. Visit the RTO. Carry the driving ability certificate, disability ID card, and registration certificate when you visit the RTO. 
  2. The vehicle and LLR must be taken to the RTO as well. 
  3. Submit the document and pay the fees. The learner’s license can be downloaded from the official website within a few hours. 

Driver’s License 

The procedure that must be followed to apply for a DL is mentioned below: 

  1. Visit the official website of Parivahan. You can apply for a DL only after holding a learner’s license for a month. 
  2. Upload the relevant document. 
  3. Take the relevant forms when you go to the RTO
  4. The fee must be paid next. 
  5. Take the test. An RTO inspector must be present when you take the test.
