• Form 30 for Report of Transfer of Ownership of a Motor Vehicle

The motor vehicle owners need Regional Transport Office (RTO) Form 30 if they sell their vehicle. As per Form 30, the new owner of the vehicle should be responsible for all sorts of legal obligations related to the vehicle. It also indicates that the buyer has received the original owner's Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Insurance.
