Following receipt of the application from the Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) and Post Office Passport Seva Kendras (POPSKs), respectively, it will be processed by the Regional Passport Office (RPO).

Passport Applicants Above 18 Years Must Submit the Following Documents

Passport Applicants Below 18 Years (Minors) Must Submit the Following Documents

Employees of Government/PSU/Statutory Body who desire post police verification mode must submit:

  3. No objection certificate as per Annexure G

Employees of Government/PSU/Statutory Body who desire pre police verification mode need to submit:

  1. Proof of present address
  2. Proof of date of birth
  3. Prior Intimation letter as per Annexure H

Employees of Government/PSU/Statutory Body who desire no police verification must submit:

Applicants having diplomatic/official passports and applying for ordinary passport while in service who have the surrender certificate need to submit:

  5. Three documents among the ones listed below:

  6. Three from among the ones listed below:
