    The NAV of Reliance ETF Nifty 100 must be calculated on a daily basis and published in at least two national newspapers. The Net Asset Value must be declared on every business day on the website of the Association of Mutual Funds in India and the website of the fund house by 9:00 p.m. every working day, and failure to do so will require the Asset Management Company to provide an explanation to the Securities and Exchange Board of India regarding the reason for the delay.

    Investment Restrictions of Reliance ETF Nifty 100

    The following are some of the major investment restrictions of Reliance ETF Nifty 100:

    • The scheme is restricted from making investments over 30% of its NAV in money market securities of a single issuer.
    • The scheme is not allowed to make investments in any fund of funds scheme.
    • The scheme is not allowed to advance loans for any purpose.
    • The scheme is restricted from making investments in unlisted securities of group companies or associates of the sponsor, in securities issued by way of private placement by group companies or associates of the sponsor, and in listed securities of the sponsor’s group companies which is more than 25% of the scheme’s net assets.
