    NAV Disclosure and Benchmark for Reliance ETF Liquid BeES

    The Net Asset Value, or NAV as it is known in its abbreviated form, is calculated by dividing the scheme’s net assets by its outstanding units. For instance, if the total net assets of a scheme are worth Rs.50 lakh, and the number of outstanding shares is 1 lakh, the NAV of said scheme shall be Rs.50 per share.

    Investment Restrictions of Reliance ETF Liquid BeES

    Reliance ETF Liquid BeES has certain restrictions. The main ones are as follow:

    • The scheme is not allowed to advance any loans.
    • Over 10% of the Net Asset Value of the fund cannot be invested in debt securities from a single issuer if these securities are rated above investment grade by a credit rating agency. The aforementioned limit could rise to 12% provided that prior approval has been received from the Asset Management Company and the Trustee Company’s Board of Directors.
    • Over 10% of the Net Asset Value of the fund cannot be invested in un-rated debt securities made available by a single issuer and the overall investment of the aforementioned investments cannot be more than 25% of the scheme’s NAV.

    Dividend Policy of Reliance ETF Liquid BeES

    The scheme will try to declare dividend regularly in order to ensure that the NAV of the scheme’s units is maintained at Rs.1,000, which is its face value. Dividend will be declared by the fund only if the scheme’s NAV is in excess of its face value. Moreover, the declaration of dividend is at the sole discretion of the Asset Management Company.
