  1. Click on this link https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/#. 
  2. Select ‘Andhra Pradesh’ from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Scroll down and under Driver/Learner’s license click on ‘More’. 
  4. Click on ‘Apply for Learner’s License’. 
  1. Click on ‘Continue’. 
  2. Select an appropriate category and select ‘Applicant does not hold any Driving/Learner license issued in India’.  
  3. Select the RTO nearest to you and click on ‘Submit’. 
  4. Enter your Aadhaar number and click on ‘Generate OTP’. A ‘one-time password’ will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on ‘Authenticate’. 
  5. Fill out the form and make sure all the details mentioned are correct. 
  1. Once you have filled out the form, click on ‘Submit’. 
  2. You will then have to schedule a time and date to take your test and pay the registration fee. Once you pass the test, police verification will be done and then you will be provided with a learner’s license.
