Learning Licence in Jaipur

If you're under 18 and own a vehicle in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you must apply for a learner’s licence. How to Apply for a Learners License Online in Jaipur 

  1. Click on this link https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
  2. Under ‘Driving/Learner’s License’, click on ‘More’. 
  3. Select ‘Rajasthan’ from the ‘Select State Name’ option. 
  4. Click on ‘Apply for Learner’s License’. 
  5. Click on ‘Continue’. 
  1. Select a category applicable to you and select ‘Applicant does not hold any Driving/Learner license issued in India’. 
  2. Choose either ‘Submit via Aadhaar Authentication’ or ‘Submit without Aadhaar Authentication’. 
  3. The application form will be displayed on your screen. Fill out the form and make sure all the details mentioned are correct. 
  4. Once you have filled out the form, click on ‘Submit’. 
  5. You will then have to schedule a time and date to take your test and pay the registration fee. Once you pass the test, police verification will be done and then you will be provided with a learner’s license. 

How to Apply for a Learners License Offline in Jaipur 

You can click on this link https://transport.rajasthan.gov.in/content/dam/transport/pdf/forms/FORM-2.pdf and download the Form II. Take a printout and fill in the form with all the correct details. Visit the nearest RTO and submit this form along with all the necessary documents and pay the registration fee.   

Next, you will have to book a date to appear for your driving test. Once you clear the test, you will receive your learner’s license. 

Types of Learners License in Jaipur 

There are different types of learner’s license that you can apply for. They are: 

  1. Non-Geared Motorcycle learner’s license if you own vehicles such as mopeds and scooters. 
  2. LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) learner’s license if you own a car or a bike, etc.
