Step 10: Enter the captcha code and click on the "submit" button.
Step 11: Once the application is submitted, the applicant gets an "application reference number" followed by notification via SMS/e-mail to take the permanent Licence test.
Step 12: On the test day, the applicant has to bring his/her vehicle. Note that the vehicle type has to be the same that was written at the time of filling the application.
Step 13: During the driving test, the applicant has to drive in front of the RTO authority. The test can also involve asking questions about the general traffic rules, road regulations.
Step 14: The results are announced in a few hours. If the applicant fails, he has to redo the entire process.
Step 15: If the applicant passes the test, the driving Licence will be sent by post in few days.
