How to Add RC to DigiLocker and mParivahan?

mParivahan app, on the other hand, is an app specifically for vehicle-related purposes. It was developed and launched by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. In the mParivahan app, you can store documents such as your driving licence, registration certificate, PUC certificate (Pollution Under Control), and other vehicle-related documents. How to add a Registration Certificate to DigiLocker? 

It is quite easy to add your vehicle registration certificate to your DigiLocker account. Follow the steps given below to add your RC certificate to DigiLocker: 

Step 1: Download the DigiLocker app from the Google Play Store/App Store or visit the official website. 

Step 2: Sign up using your mobile number and finish the Aadhaar verification process to access the DigiLocker account. 

Step 3: Once logged in, select the option to upload documents. 

Step 4: Click on “Search Documents” and type “Registration Certificate”. 

Step 5: Select your state transport department from the list. 

Step 6: Enter your date of birth, name, and driving licence number. 

Step 7: Click on “Get Details”. 

Step 8: Review the details and click on “Save Document Link in Issued Documents”. Your RC will be saved to your DigiLocker account. 

How to add a Registration Certificate to mParivahan? 

To add your vehicle registration certificate to the mParivahan app, follow the directions given below: 

Step 1: Download the mParivahan app on your device. 

Step 2: Sign up using OTP verification. 

Step 3: Enter your details and create an account. 

Step 4: Search for your Registration Certificate using your RC number. 

Step 5: Save the digital Registration Certificate in the app’s dashboard. 

Step 6: Enter your date of birth for verification and complete the process.
