 Under the common carrier delay cover offered by Digit, delay cover is provided for 90 minutes to 120 minutes. Under a normal travel insurance plan, delay cover is provided for more than 6 hours.In case there is a delay in the flight, a notification is automatically sent in regard to the claim.

Claim Process 

The claim process is mentioned below: 

1. In case there is a delay in the flight, an SMS is automatically sent. 
2. Your bank details and boarding pass must be uploaded to the link that is sent. 
3. The amount is transferred to the bank account. 

Features 

The exclusions under the common carrier delay cover are mentioned below: 

1. Cover is provided only for one flight. 
2. Cover is provided only for domestic flights. 
3. No cover will be provided in case the airline has informed about the delay at least 6 hours in advance.
