How to Recharge PNB FASTag in Different Ways

Through PNB website

Given below are the steps you will have to follow if you need to get your PNB FASTag account recharged through the PNB website: 

  1. Click on the link https://www.pnbindia.in/PNB-NETC.html
  2. Click on ‘Login/Online Recharge’. 
  3. Click on ‘I Agree’. 
  4. Click on ‘Continue to Login’.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged PNB FASTag

If your Punjab National Bank FASTag is damaged, it should be returned to the bank. The account will be closed and you will have to open a new account wherein the balance from the old account will be transferred to the new one and a replacement tag will be issued to you.

If your FASTag has been stolen or lost, it has to be reported immediately to the customer care of the bank, as well as to the local police station. If the bank requests it, a copy of the police report should be submitted to the bank. The lost card can also be reported through email. Once the complaint has been verified, the FASTag will be blocked or suspended or cancelled. A replacement tag will then be issued after payment of the issuance charges and the balance from the old account will be transferred to the new account.
