Kotak FASTag Recharge

1. Open your Kotak Mobile Banking app.
2. Log in to the portal using your user ID and password.
3. Click on 'FASTag' under the Cards or Pay & Transfer section.
4. This section will show the current FASTag Balance, linked vehicles with status, and the ten latest transactions made by the customers.
5. Click on 'Recharge Now'.
6. Enter the recharge amount.
7. Choose the account from which the recharge amount will get debited.
8. Click on 'Recharge' option.

BillPay (BBPS)

The following are the steps to recharge Kotak Mahindra FASTag via BillPay:

1. Visit https://payments.billdesk.com/paybill/app/etag_rechargeDetails.jsp.
2. Enter all the necessary information such as tag number, tag type, vehicle type and category, toll plaza, amount, mobile number, and email ID.
3. Agree to the terms and conditions.
4. Click on 'Pay Now'.

The amount will get reflected in the FASTag wallet upon successful transaction.

Kotak National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) FASTag Portal

Here's how to recharge FASTag via NETC:

1. Visit https://fastag.kotak.com/.
2. Login to your account using your registered mobile number.
3. Click on 'Recharge'
4. Enter your recharge amount.
5. Next, choose your desired payment like debit card/ credit card/ Unified Payment Interface (UPI)/ Net Banking.
6. Click on 'Proceed to Pay'.
7. The amount will get reflected in the wallet upon a successful transaction.

UPI

Let us have a look at the steps to recharge Kotak FASTag via UPI:

1. Open any UPI app like Google Pay/ PhonePe/ BHIM, etc.
2. Click on 'Pay to UPI ID'.
3. Enter the beneficiary's UPI ID (For Example, NETC.RegisteredVehicleNumber@kotak.
4. Enter the recharge amount.
5. Click on 'Continue'.
6. Click on 'Proceed to Pay'.

FASTag Customer Portal

The following are the steps to recharge FASTag via Kotak FASTag Customer Portal:

1. Login to the Kotak FASTag portal using your registered mobile number.
2. Enter the recharge amount and click on 'Reload'.
3. Choose your desired payment option.
4. Once the transaction is done successfully, the amount will get reflected in your FASTag account.
