  • Click on ‘Online Services’.
  • Click on ‘Driving License Related Services’.
  • On the next page, enter the state.
  • Click on ‘Apply Online’.
  • Choose ‘New Driving License’.
  • On the next page, the stages will be mentioned. Click on ‘Continue’.
  • Enter the learner’s license number and your date of birth. Click on ‘OK’.
  • Next, you will need to fill the application form and submit the documents.
  • Next, you will need to choose a date and time to take the test.
  • Once the fee is paid, you can download a copy of the receipt.

Once you have passed the test, the driving license will be sent to the registered address. You can check the status of the license online as well.
