  3. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Downloadable Forms’ 
  4. Click on ‘All Forms’

How to Fill RTO Form 7? 

Here are the steps to fill in RTO Form 7: 

  1. Enter the driving license number and date of issuance that the applicant received from the RTO 
  2. Attach the passport size photograph of the applicant to the top right corner of form 
  1. Mention and provide the following details: 
  1. Applicant’s name 
  2. Applicant’s father name 
  3. Address of the applicant (as listed on address proof provided along with the part 1 of the application) 
  4. Provide husband’s name (In case of married Indian women applicant) 
  1. Citizenship 
  2. Date of birth 
  3. Class of vehicle 
  4. Vehicle issuing date 
  5. Affix your thumb impression 
  1. Identification of the issuing authority 
  2. Enter blood group 
  3. Signature 
  1. Fill in the second part of the application by providing the following details: 
  1. Vehicle type description 
  1. Certificate of inspection and the official endorsement 
  2. Enter the registration number 
  3. Get the Inspecting Authority’s signature and date 

The financer will receive the acknowledgment through email from the registering authority after signing the final section of form 7. The final section should also be signed by the vehicle owner to complete the process of filling in Form 7.
