The minimum and maximum recharge value for Equitas FASTag is Rs.100 and Rs.1 lakh, respectively. However, the maximum recharge value will be subject to a Full-KYC account.

In order to issue a Equitas FASTag, a joining fee of Rs.100 is charged. This amount is inclusive of all taxes. The security deposit applicable in these cases is dependent on the type of the vehicle. The security deposit is refundable and the refund amount will be based on the type of the vehicle.
- Can I pass through any lane at the toll plazas if I have a Equitas FASTag?
No, you will have to use the lane which is designated for Equitas FASTag. The FASTag lane allows you to pass without the need to stop and thus, makes the whole process hassle-free.

In the case you lose or damage your Equitas Bank FASTag RFID tag, you should get in touch with the customer care of Equitas FASTag directly through their customer care number. Once you have informed the loss of the tag, Equitas Bank will block the previous FASTag and issue a new one. If you have had remaining balance on the card, the same will be refunded to your new card once it is issued.
