    • LIC Housing Home Loan
      "Very bad never trust"
      0.5 1.0/5 "Really Bad"
Highly cheated. Very bad loan providers. I have taken my home loan on Feb 11 at 9.75% for 5 yr fix rate. After 5 yr they changed my roi to 11.7 % without any prior intimation. And they charged it at higher cost since March 16till today. And this roi is very higher than the declared roi by RBI. and no response given by customer care dept Toll free no. Not working. Mail not responding. And local authorities don't give satisfactory answer. Now I m helpless where to go. And how can I proceed.

      "It provides right solution"
      0.5 4.0/5 "Great!"
My opinion about Canara bank housing loan is fine. They were very much friendly they are providing solution when ever I visit the Branch. What ever queries we have they were able to resolve it then and there itself. They provide immediate resolution. Interest rate offered by them is higher than others its actually 5% higher than other banks. Processing is higher than other banks I am getting my certificate of interest on demand.
