  1. Visit the Sikkim Election Commission official website.
  2. You will see a drop-down to select the state you are from, please select "Sikkim". Once you enter the state name, you will be redirected to the state-specific Chief Electoral Officer page.
  3. On this page, you will be asked to login to your account. Use your existing login credentials if you have already registered or click on the "Register" option to create a new account.
  4. If you choose to create a new account, you will be asked to enter basic details like your first name, last name, email ID, mobile number, and your gender.
  5. Enter all the details and proceed. Once you have successfully filled all the information, your login credentials will be sent to your registered email ID.
  6. Please find "Form 6" on the website and download the same. It can also be called "Application for including the name in assembly constituency voters list".
  7. You will be asked to enter basic details like your full name, your marital status, gender, permanent address, and date of birth. Enter all the mandatory details, sign where required, and affix a passport size photograph in the space provided on the top of the page.
  8. Upload your duly-filled form and all supporting documents and click on the "submit" option.
  9. Once you have submitted, a reference number will be generated which you can use to track the status of your application.

  1. Visit the nearest Electoral Office.
  2. Ask for "Form 6" or "Application for including the name in assembly constituency voters list".

How to Apply for Sikkim Duplicate Voter ID Online?

Please note that in Sikkim, a duplicate Voter ID Card will be issued only if you have lost your old card, misplaced it, or the Voter Card is in no condition to use due to wear and tear. You can apply for a duplicate Election Card either online or offline.

  1. Visit your state-specific Chief Electoral Officer's website.
  2. Use your credentials to login or create a new account.
  3. Download "Form EPIC-002".
  4. While filing the form apart from basic information about yourself like your name, date of birth, and address, you will be asked to mention the reason for applying for a duplicate card.
  5. You will be asked to attach supporting documents like a copy of FIR, in case your card was stolen.
