How can you Submit a Suggestion or File a Complaint
- Step 1: Go to http://ceowestbengal.nic.in/Index
- Step 2: Click on ‘Complaint’
- Step 3: Select ‘Visit NGSP Portal’
- Step 4: Click on ‘sign up’
- Step 5: Enter details like your mobile number, and email ID
- Step 6: Type in the captcha code
- Step 7: Hover over ‘register’ and click on it
- Step 8: Use your registered mobile number and password to log in
- Step 9: Enter all details in the application form
- Step 10: Click on ‘Submit’
Track Your Complaint Status
- Step 1: Go to the official website, http://ceowestbengal.nic.in/Index
- Step 2: Click on ‘Complaint’
- Step 3: Choose ‘Visit NGSP Portal’
- Step 4: Click on ‘Track your complaint’
- Step 5: Key in your reference number or complaint ID
- Step 6: Select 'Show status’
- Step 7: The status of your complaint will appear on the screen
