Step 6: Once the submission is successful, your application will be reviewed. A Booth Level Officer (BLO) will visit your residence to verify the provided details. After successful verification and approval, you will receive your voter ID card at your registered residential address. 

How to Apply for Voter ID Offline in Assam?

Step 1: You can visit the nearest Assam state Election Office and procure Form 6, to submit an offline application for voter ID. You must accurately fill in all the details in Form 6 like your name, place of birth, spouse’s name, parent’s name, residential address, taluk & constituency and also information about other family members whose name is already present in the electoral roll.
