    • On the customer care page, you can find a link that says, ‘click here for other complaints.’
    • Once you click on this link, you will reach a new page with the heading ‘Online Complaints’ that will have multiple links.
    • Out of these multiple links, click on ‘existing customer complaint.’
    • You will now see an online grievance form with various fields wherein you will have to fill your personal details, bank account details, complaint details, and so on.
    • You will then have to enter a captcha code and click on ‘Submit’.
