• Voter Helpline App (Available on Android & iOS): The Voter Helpline App, available on Android and iOS, is a digital gateway for citizens to interact with the Election Commission of India (ECI). After logging in with their mobile number, users can register as new voters, correct details, or apply for changes such as residence shifts. A grievance section lets citizens file complaints about electoral services and track their status in real time, ensuring transparency. The app also helps users find their name on the electoral roll, locate polling stations, and access contact details of Booth Level Officers (BLO) and other officials. This single platform simplifies and broadens access to electoral services. 
• Email: Citizens can reach the Election Commission of India (ECI) by email for grievances and inquiries. The official email for general complaints is complaints@eci.gov.in. Additionally, specific email addresses are available for various state Chief Electoral Officers (CEOs), allowing for direct communication regarding state-level election matters. It's advisable to be specific in the subject line and provide all relevant details in the body of the email to ensure a prompt and accurate response. 
• SMS: SMS space to 1950 (EPIC stands for Electors Photo Identity Card also commonly known as Voter ID card). Example - If your EPIC is 12345678 then sms ECI 12345678 to 1950 
• Official Website: The ECI website (https://eci.gov.in) and the websites of Chief Electoral Officers (CEOs) in each state provide a wealth of information, including contact details, officer directories, and links to various services. 
• Physical Offices and Postal Mail: You can visit the ECI headquarters, Nirvachan Sadan, in New Delhi. You can also contact the offices of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) in your respective state or union territory. These offices have their own contact numbers and addresses.
