The Income Tax Clearance Certificate (ITCC) is a statement that is provided by Income Tax authorities to show that all tax dues have been cleared. The certificate is issued by the state government’s revenue department. The ITCC must be obtained by individuals who are not Indian citizens but have a source of income in the country.
