Like any other state in India, Uttarakhand also has a portal, Dev-Bhoomi, dedicated specifically to check property records. If you want to view your land record details, you can just visit the portal, enter a few details, and get access to information related to the concerned property.
Step 1: Visit the official website of Dev-Bhoomi.
Step 2: Select the district where the property is located from the dropdown menu located on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: Select the concerned Tehsil from the dropdown menu and click on the “Okay” button.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the BHULEKH Uttarakhand webpage.
Step 5: Choose the district, Tehsil, and village where the property is located.
Step 6: You will be redirected to a page where you can view your land record details by entering the account number, mutation date, vendor, buyer, gata number, or the name of the account holder.
Step 7: If you select checking land rights by account number, you have to enter the appropriate number and click on “Search”.
Step 8: You can also check by entering the mutation date.
Step 9: You can also enter the concerned vendor’s name to check property details.
Step 10: Other than these, you can also enter the buyer’s name to see your land record.
Step 11: The portal also lets you check property details by entering the name of the account holder.
The entire process of viewing Uttarakhand land record details is relatively easy and hassle-free. However, ensure that you are entering the correct details to avoid any confusion or errors.
