Important Dates for RBI Grade B Recruitment:

The aspirants can submit their applications online through the Reserve Bank's official website www.rbi.org.in. However, all the candidates are expected to check and ensure that they meet the specified eligibility criteria for the Grade B Officer cadre before making an application.

RBI Grade B Recruitment vacancy details:

The vacancy details regarding the RBI Grade B recruitment are yet to be declared by the Reserve Bank of India. Once declared, aspiring candidates can visit the official website of RBI to get all the vacancy details. 

All the vacancy details, category wise, will be available soon after the official release. Interested candidates can check the post wise vacancy details in the table given below: 

Category Wise Vacancy Details:

The category wise vacancy details are yet to be declared by RBI. Last year, the RBI released 294 vacancies for the post. The category wise details for 294 vacancies of 2022 are given below -

Age limit:

All the interested candidates who wish to apply for the post of Grade B (General / DEPR / DISM) must fulfill the below-mentioned age limit. The minimum and maximum age criteria is as follows:

1. Minimum Age: 21 years
2. Maximum Age: 30 years

Age Relaxation:

Certain categories accept age relaxation in the upper age limit. The age relaxations are as follows:

Nationality criteria:

The candidate must be either of the following -

1. A Citizen of India
2. A subject of Nepal
3. A subject of Bhutan or
4. A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
5. An Indian origin person who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka or East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India,

provided that a candidate belonging to above mentioned categories shall be a person in whose favour Indian government has issued an eligibility certificate.

Selection Process:

The exam will be conducted in three stages as mentioned below:

1. Online Preliminary Exam
2. Online Mains Exam
3. Personal Interview

The fee for RBI Grade B exam are as follows:

Candidates pay the fees online. Fee / Intimation charges once paid will not be refunded.

How to Apply for RBI Grade B Recruitment?

Follow the steps given below to apply for RBI Grade B 2022 recruitment:

1. Step 1: Visit the official RBI website www.rbi.org.in
2. Step 2: Click on 'Opportunities@RBI'
3. Step 3: Vacancies
4. Step 4: Click on 'Apply Online'
5. Step 5: If you are a new user, you need to register using a mobile number and email id
6. Step 6: Candidates should note down the generated 'Registration Number' and 'Password'.
7. Step 7: Log in and fill in the application form carefully.
8. Step 8: Before submitting, verify the same.
9. Step 9: Applicants need to upload a scanned copy of their signature, photograph, thumb impression in the prescribed format.
10. Step 10: Click on 'Submit'.
11. Step 11: Pay the application fee through online mode only.
12. Step 12: Print the application form for future reference.

RBI Grade B Recruitment Exam Pattern 

To be get a confirmed position as a Grade B Officer at the Reserve Bank of India, applicants must successfully complete all three rounds of the recruitment process. 

RBI Grade B Recruitment Prelims Exam Pattern - 

Note - The prelim test will have a 120-minute time limit overall. Each test, however, will receive its own time slot. 

RBI Grade B Recruitment Mains Exam Pattern - 

RBI Grade B Recruitment Interview Process 

Applicants will be chosen for the interview based on their overall performance in Papers I, II, and III of the Phase II exams. The interview process carries 50 marks. 

RBI Grade B Recruitment Exam Syllabus 

The prelims exam syllabus for the RBI Grade B is the same as that for other bank exams. The questions are primarily based on the following primary sections: 

1. English 
2. Reasoning 
3. General awareness 
4. Quantitative aptitude

RBI Grade B Recruitment Admit Card:

For both the Phase-I and Phase-II tests, distinct versions of the RBI Grade B Admit Card 2023 will be made available. Candidates who passed the Phase-I exam for RBI Grade B will receive their admit cards for the Phase-II Exam. Candidates will not get RBI Grade B Call Letters via mail or post; instead, RBI will release the RBI Grade B Admit Card on its official website. 

RBI Grade B Recruitment Results:

The RBI Grade B 2023 Exam results will be made public following the conclusion of each exam segment. A candidate must pass both the Phase-I and Phase-II exams in order to be invited to the interview stage. Following the conclusion of the interview procedure, the merit list is created in descending order of the scores attained by candidates. How well you perform in the interview will determine who gets the job in the end.
