  • IBPS release scorecard of PO Mains exam

    The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the scores of the Probationary Officer (PO) Mains exam. The final result of the exam was declared on February 18. Candidates who have been shortlisted for the interviews can download the scorecards from the official website by entering the registration number and other login details.

    The PO mains exam to fill 3,517 vacancies was held on February 4 this year. Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, Punjab and Sind Bank, UCO Bank, and Union Bank of India participated in the exam.

  • IBPS RRB, IBPS PO & IBPS Clerk 2020-2021 Mains Exam Date released

    The revised exam dates for IBPS TTB Mains 2020, IBPS PO Mains 2020, and INPS Clerk Mains 2020 by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has been announced on its official website ibps.in. The Mains exam for IBPS RRB, PO and Clerk posts will now be held in 2021.

    Important dates that you must note down

    • IBPS RRB 2020, Officer Scale-I Office Assistants (Multipurpose) - 30th January 2021, 20th February 2021
    • IBPS PO 2020, Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees - 4th February 2021
    • IBPS Clerk 2020, Clerks - 28th February 2021
    • - The IBPS RRB Mains 2020 exam for Officer Scale I (PO) to be held on 30th January 2021 and on 20th February 2021 for Office Assistants (Multipurpose) (Clerk).
    • The IBPS PO Mains 2020 exam - 4th February 2021.
    • The IBPS Clerk Mains 2020 exam - 28th February 2021.

  • List of banks who will conduct the Bank PO Exams

    If you are thinking of applying for bank jobs in 2020 and looking to appear for IBPS bank exams 2020, then it is necessary for you to know which govt banks will conduct jobs recruitment in the upcoming future, after most of the banks in India were merged with each other. Many youngsters in India have shifted their focus to government jobs after hearing about the job losses and salary cuts in private companies, due to covid19 pandemic.

    The Government of India in August 2019 announced that 10 public sector banks will be merged to form 4 bigger and stronger banks. Earlier, 5 associate banks of SBI and Bharatiya Mahila Bank were merged with State Bank of India. Dena Bank and Vijaya Bank were also merged with Bank of Baroda.

    Post the merger, there are only 12 banks in existence now. The Bank PO exam is conducted by IBPS (Institute of banking personnel selection) and conducts recruitments for PO, clerk and specialist officer jobs in public sector banks.
