Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts exams every year to recruit candidates for the post of clerical cadre, probationary officers, and specialist officers in public sector banks and regional rural banks.   • Application Process to fill the Post of J&K Bank Probationary Officer commenced on 2 July 2020

    Candidates who wish to apply for the position of Probationary Officer at Jammu and Kashmir Bank can do so by applying online for the post on the official website of JK Bank. Students who belong to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir are eligible to apply for this post. The Jammu and Kashmir bank has announced a total of 350 vacancies for the post. One can visit the official website of the bank to get a detailed notification regarding the vacancies, eligibility, and reservation rules. The applications are invited from July 02, 2020, onwards through the official website, jkbank.com.

    Candidates will have to ensure they fulfil the eligibility criteria as prescribed by JK Bank. Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university and must possess mark sheet/degree certificate of their graduation degree to enter the percentage of marks while registering online. The minimum age limit to apply for Probationary Officer is set at 20 years. The upper age limit is 32 years as on April 01, 2020. Students belonging to SC/ST group will enjoy a relaxation in upper age limit up to 5 years, and up to 3 years for Socially educational Backward Class/Social CLass/Weak and under Privileged class/RBA/PSP/IB/ALC and up to 10 years for Physically Challenge Persons.

    The process of the submission of JK Bank PO application form is carried out through an online process at jkbank.com. Candidates have to click on ‘Recruitment-Probationary Officer-2020’ and apply for the post on the bank’s official website. Candidates must ensure they have a valid email address, mobile number, a scanned image of the photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration. The SC/ST/PCP candidates will have to pay Rs.800/- and all other category candidates have to pay Rs.1000/- as application fee. The fee can only be paid through online via debit card, credit card, net banking, IMPS, Cash Card, or Mobile Wallets. The selection process will be divided into three phases which includes the preliminary exam, main examination and Interview.
