 National Defence Academy Exam (NDA) 2025 

The National Defence Academy (NDA) exam is one of the most sought-after exams and is considered as one of the most popular entry points for young men and women to enter the Indian Armed Forces. The NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice a year offering candidates a chance to join the Army, Navy, or Air Force.

Combined Defence Services (CDS) Exams 

The combined Defence Services (CDS) is another prestigious exam conducted by the UPSC for graduates who are willing to join the Indian Armed Forces, specifically into Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Officers’ Training Academy (OTA). The UPSC conducts the CDS exams twice a year, where the candidates have to take a written test and an interview to get selected.

Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2025 

The Air Force Common Admission Test 2025 is conducted for interested candidates who are willing to pursue a career in the Indian Air Force. AFCAT is conducted to select candidates for roles in commissioned officers in flying, ground duty (technical), and ground duty (non-technical) branches.

Physical Eligibility 

The required height for Flying Brach is 162.5 cmFor on ground duty, the required height for male is 157.5 cm and for females 152 cm 

Agniveer 2025 

Introduced by the NDA government, Agniveer scheme provides a new entry-level opportunity for aspirants to serve in the Indian Armed Forces. The exam, which is part of the Agnipath recruitment model, hires candidates for various roles in the Army, Navy, and Indian Air Force.

The Indian Coast Guard exam is conducted to recruit candidates either as officers or Sailers. The candidates are also posted into various branches in the Indian Navy such as general duty, technical role or law among others.
