Reliance Nippon Life Online Payment Options

Reliance Nippon Life policy holders can pay their policy premiums online via their Lifeline account. To login to your Lifeline account, feed in your customer Id and password. Next, select the policy for which premium payment is due. You can make the premium payment using multiple options such as your net banking account, debit card, credit card, mobile wallet, or eCards.

Reliance Nippon Life Premium Payment through Bill Desk/Bill Junction:

Customers can also make their Reliance Nippon policy payments using the Bill Desk or Bill Junction payment gateway. First, log on to either www.billdesk.com or www.billjunction.com.

Next, if, you are not an existing Bill Desk member, please register yourself first. Once you have registered yourself, go to the 'Insurance' category, and select Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as one of your billers. Next, you must enrol your policy in order to pay its premiums. After you have added your policy, check the premium due for payment and make the payment for the same.

Reliance Nippon Life Premium Payment through IVR (Interactive Voice Response):

Customers can also pay their policy premiums using their mobile phone by calling on the IVR helpline number set up by Reliance Nippon to facilitate premium payment. To connect to the IVR service, customers must dial 1800 3000 8181 (toll free) from their registered mobile number, and then follow the instructions which are given. In order to pay premium via IVR, you will be asked to provide your date of birth, and policy number. Premium can be paid using your credit card.

Reliance Nippon Life Premium Payment through NACH (National Automated Clearing House)/ECS (Electronic Clearance System):

In addition to the above, customers can also pay their policy renewal premiums via ECS (Electronic Clearance System) or NACH (National Automated Clearing House). Here, the due premium amount is deducted from the policyholder's chosen bank account on the due date.

  1. To begin using this service, customers need to submit a duly filled Existing ECS/NACH form and a cancelled cheque. The cheque is needed for the purpose of recording your bank's MICR code.
  2. Submit the cancelled cheque and completed form at any Reliance Nippon Life branch or to your advisor.
  3. Your form will be processed in 30 days, counting after the day it has been received at the Reliance Nippon Life office.
  4. Ensure that your policy is active at the time that this service is being activated.
  5. If your premium payment due date is on a holiday, the premium will be deducted on the next working day.
  6. Renewal payments can also be made using a MasterCard, Visa, or Diners Club credit card.

Reliance Nippon Life Premium Payment through PayTM:

For added convenience, customers can also pay their policy premiums via their PayTM account. Go to the PayTM app or homepage, and click on the 'Insurance' tab. From the list displayed, select Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, and then follow the instructions thereon.

Reliance Nippon Life Offline Premium Payment Options:

Reliance Nippon customers can also pay premiums for the life insurance policies by a number of offline methods. These include:

  1. Payment at Reliance Nippon Life branches.
  2. Payment at partner bank branches like Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDBI Bank, State Bank of India, and SHCIL branches.
  3. Customers can pay premiums in cash by walking into any Suvidha outlet.
  4. Premium payments can also be made at any Itz Card outlet in cash, at zero extra cost.
  5. Customers an also pay policy premiums at any CSC (Common Service Centre) outlet. CSCs are broadband-enabled service delivery points set up by the State govt. mainly rural regions.
