1. Online Payment Facility on Max Life Website:

Customers can make their policy premium payments using the online payment facility on the Max Life website. Payment via this service can be done using credit cards (MasterCard/ Visa/American Express/Diners), in EMIs on the card, via net banking, using debit cards (MasterCard or Visa), using mobile/online wallets, cash cards, or UPI (Unified payments Interface). To make payments, you must first choose your payment gateway, Choose payment gateway, provide the necessary information, and then make the payment. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive confirmation about the same.

2. Max Life Premium Payment Using NEFT/RTGS:

Customers can also make premium payments using the NEFT/RTGS service available with their bank. They can visit their internet banking account and transfer money to their policy via NEFT or RTGS securely. To use this service, customers will be required to provide details like the beneficiary name, beneficiary credit account number, beneficiary bank IFSC code, beneficiary bank name, and their branch name. 3. Max Life Premium Payment through PayTM:

You can also pay your Max Life policy premiums via the mobile wallet service, PayTM. For this, all you need to do is go to the PayTM app, click on the insurance tab, and select Max Life Insurance. You can make payment on PayTM using your PayTM wallet balance, credit card/debit card (MasterCard/Visa), your net banking account, or UPI.

4. Max Life Premium Payment through Foreign Remittance/Wire Transfer:

Customers who have an international bank account can also make their premium payments online via wire transfer.

  1. To make payment online, the customer must first log in to their bank 's internet banking platform.
  2. Next, they must 'Add Payee' under the 'Forex Payment' section.
  3. To add payee, they will have to provide some details like the beneficiary's name, beneficiary's account number, and SWIFT code. If you have trouble getting this information, get in touch with a Max Life customer support member to get this information for your policy.
  4. Next, log in to your bank's internet banking site and proceed to make the payment for the policy.

5. Max Life Premium Payment through Pay Via Phone :

Customers can also make premium payment online using the company's sophisticated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system which is available round the clock, 7 days a week. Customers can also use this service to get information about their policy like due payment date, payment status, premium receipt, local office address, NAV, etc. To avail the IVR option, customers must call on 1800 200 5577 and follow the instructions thereon.

6. Max Life Premium Payment through Credit Card Standing Instruction:

Max Life customers can also pay their policy premiums using their credit card (MasterCard/Visa). To use their credit card, they will need to fill up a standing instructions form and send it to Max along with a photocopy of the front of their credit card. The form can be submitted at any Max Life branch office, can be mailed to the insurer's communication address, or even be given to an advisor.
