I have taken home loan in INDIABULLS around 1.5 years back. Actually the builder was suggested me this option. At the time of taking the loan, the rate of interest is very good but within one year and they have increased very huge which am not happy. The customer service is good. They need to explain everything clear during the loan process.

I took a personal loan from the INDIA BULLS INSTITUTION. It was good, application process was smooth an hassle free.1 I got the loan amount with in a week.Their customer support reposes are also very good. Only the thing is here i cannot do things so much online all time i have to visit in branch . I transfer my loan to HDFC BANK .

My home loan was taken with INDIA BULLS 1 year back. The loan amount was 29 lakhs ad the interest rate was satisfactory .The tenure period was 25 years The loan process was very smooth and good. They have sanctioned the loan with the committed time. Their processing fee was also nominal.

I have transferred the home loan from the Dombveli bank to INDIA BULLS , after transferring the loan amount they have given new norms as additional fee, mail charges, processing fee, part payments and they asked me to pay the 25% of the loan amount. The customer support service is not up to mark with the INDIA BULLS. The transparency is not seen in the INDIA BULLS home loan process.

It was a good experience with INDIA BULLS for the home loan i applied for . It was a good customer delivered from their i canceled the application from my side . India Bulls haven't call me on home loan process. But I am the one who was contacting the financial institute. Even they have taken high processing fee from disbursement. Interest rate was high they should provide beneficial offers to the customer.

India Bulls taken 15 days to complete home loan process, I submitted KYC document, property documents and existing loan papers. They done the process but the procedure was little difficult. They were not aware of the things, finally they done the balance transfer with 8.4% of interest.

India Bulls customer service is not upto the mark, I am the one who reached them on the home loan process. ICICI gave me 8.4% of interest, but India bulls gave me lesser interest around 8.35% its good. But India bulls taken ten days to complete the loan process. I took the home loan of Rs. 19 lakhs with tenure of 20 years.
There was no proper information provided from the INDIABULLS for the home loan i was looking for . They collected all the required for the loan process and even I paid an extra amount of rupees of 500 and after that i am not receving any information regarding my loan process and after few day i got a notification from their side saying home is cancelled . I am not at all happy with the experience and service that I had with INDIA BULLS.
It was an very good service from INDIA BULLS ,I can say the loan process was an very good and response from INDIA BULLS representatives. Customer support was very helpful in answering, if I have any queries they very helpful ,so overall I can say it was an very good service from INDIA BULLS.
India Bulls home loan respone was very good, customer service is excellent but they should improve their responsiveness. They are taking too much time, at present I postponed my loan process is on hold due to some signature issue. India Bulls is good, they were ready to sanction the loan based on the property value.

I have not finalized the property yet so I have asked the India bull executive to hold the home loan process but there service is very good and they have asked me to submit the documents whenever I am ready and they told they can process the loan after submitting the documents. The rate of interest is lowest when compared with others.

India Bulls home loan processing is very good, customer service is excellent but they should improve their responsiveness. They are taking too much time, at present I kept my loan process is on hold due to location migration issue. India Bulls is good, they were ready to sanction 95% of loan based on the property value.

IndiaBulls has been excellent in the home loan process. They offered me a loan of 23 lakhs and with the normal documentation. The process was on time and the disbursement on the date I needed. The customer services and response has been up to the mark.

I got a call via some reference from IHFL for a home Loan
already was looking for a one and hence applied the same on November 2016. Received my sanction letter very quickly in a week
But once I finalized the property and the loan process started it has been very slow response and pathetic service
Visited the Borivali Mumbai branch a number of times neither the Sales Executive nor the Manager was helpful
Had to really Escalate this to the Branch Manager to get the work moving
I chased them repeatedly explaining them issue I have and the mater of urgency but unfortunately no help
Also they didn't tell me all the required documents , process and the time it will take in the beginning and just kept on dragging the things
until May 2017 it is still in pending state
My home loan process was nice and smooth with Indiabulls. But I am not 100% satisfied with their interest rate and processing fee. In the beginning they said 8.5% through online source but later on they increased it as 8.75%. Also they said there is no processing fee but some how they made me to pay some amount.

The process followed by INDIA bulls for the housing loan process is really good . They had provided the complete loan amount the interest rate applied was around 10.15% the loan amount was for 19.19 laks with floating rate of interest, processing charges was around 2700 it is for 25 years.
I had approached Indiabulls for the home loan. The response what they had provided was good and they had promptly updated their loan process. The customer service is good. Their interest rate and other charges are also nominal when compared with other banks.
