A "low interest" loan shouldn't mean you have very little interest in paying it back!
SBI loans are one of the most sorted lenders in India, mainly because of the name attached to it. One of the largest banks with the largest customer base in the World, this bank has various CSR activities that they carry out for the society and some are not even obligatory to their CSR requirements. Hope loan is one such initiative bank owned by the Indian Government. People across the country a dreaming of owning a home and hence taking a housing finance. But what about the people who do not have access to basic amenities. The hope loan drive is State Bank of India’s way of giving back to these people and the society at the same time. This initiative by the bank is also marking the inauguration of this year’s festive season.
SBI claims that HOPE LOANS are a completely different drive from their regular CSR activity this campaign will include NGO donations and much more which includes health checkups, book collection & distribution drives, blood donation camps, signups for organ donation along with other engagement activities to involve the communities.The activities of the drive will be broadcast in the local offices and/or on SBI’s social media pages. SBI customers have been encouraged to the #BeTheHope tag for people requiring the support.
