    • Customers can make their renewal premium payment on the India First Life Insurance website, or even by logging on to the IndiaFirst customer portal.
    • To pay through the website, they must click on the ‘I Want To’ section on the main page of the IndiaFirst website.
    • Upon clicking, various options will be displayed on the page, out of which they must click on ‘Pay Premiums Instantly’.
    • On the next page which appears, you will be able to view the various options for online premium payment and also make your premium payment via the website.
    • To make payment, you will need to enter your policy number, date of birth, and mobile number or email address.
    • After you have put in the details, click on ‘Continue’ and you will be able to see all the details of your policy and also the premium due.
    • Confirm the details displayed on the screen and proceed to make the premium payment.

    Net banking

    • Customers who hold an IndiaFirst Life policy and also a Bank of Baroda account can easily make their premium payment using the Bank of Baroda net banking platform.
    • To make premium payment via the aforementioned bank’s platform, customers will be required to register their policy on www.bobibanking.com, after which they can begin making premium payments for their IndiaFirst policy.
    • Policyholders who have accounts with other banks can also use the net banking platform of their respective bank to make premium payment of an IndiaFirst policy.
    • To make such payments, policyholders must first register their IndiaFirst Life as a beneficiary under their respective net banking account. The bank details to be entered are:

    • This method of online payment can be used for payment of policy renewal premiums.
    • Customers can make premium payments using online wallet services like PayTM, JioMoney, and several more.

    ECS (Electronic Clearing Services)

    • The ECS facility is an electronic web-based feature wherein the premium amount is deducted from the bank account specified by the policyholder for payment of premiums.
    • This facility is great help to those individuals who may have multiple premium payments to keep track of. With auto-debit, there is no hassle of having to remember the due payment date on a regular basis.
    • To make premium payments via ECS, the policyholders must first submit a duly filled ECS mandate form and a cancelled cheque at any IndiaFirst Life branch.

    Credit Card Standing Instructions

    • IndiaFirst Life policyholders who hold a Visa or MasterCard credit card can easily make premium payments by setting standing instruction on their credit card.
    • This method of premium payment is easy, secure, and does not require you to fill out any paperwork.
    • To set standing instructions on your credit card for premium payment, you can visit the IndiaFirst website.

    Account Transfer

    • Customers can make premium payments swiftly and securely via online account transfer using NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer) or RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement).
    • Policyholders who hold a Bank of Baroda account can also pay premiums via account transfer from a Bank of Baroda ATM.
    • For premium payment via NEFT or RTGS from a non-Bank of Baroda account, the policyholder must add IndiaFirst as a beneficiary to make the account transfer.

    • To simplify premium payments, IndiaFirst Life has also setup a special IVR (interactive voice response) facility which can be used by policyholders holding a credit card.
    • To avail this service, the policyholder must call the IndiaFirst toll-free number i.e. 1800 209 8700.
    • They will be provided with clear instructions by trained executives regarding making premium payment using their credit card.
    • Premium payment using a credit card can only be made by the policyholder if the card has been issued in their (policyholder’s) own name.

    Cheque or Cash

    • Customers can make renewal premium payments in cash or by cheque at IndiaFirst Life branches.
    • Renewal premium payments can also be made at various partner bank branches like Andhra Bank branches, Axis Bank branches, or Bank of Baroda branches.
    • IndiaFirst Life policyholders can also pay policy renewal premiums in cash or by cheque, up to a maximum amount of Rs.49,999 at Common Service Centres located across India.
