Step 2: Click on the ‘Customer Service’ tab located on the top right corner of the home page.

Step 3: A drop-down menu will appear with options like ‘Pay Premium’, ‘Track Application’, ‘Change Nominee’, ‘Update Personal Details’, etc. Click on ‘View Policy Details’.

Step 4: It will lead you to a separate page where you will have to enter your policy number or phone number along with your date of birth.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Submit’ button to view your policy status.
