How to Check ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Policy Status?

1. For first time users: If you are a first-time user, you will be required to create a profile first to access the details. The process to check the status is mentioned below:
2. Click on the 'Login' button on ICICI Prudential's website. Select 'Customer' from the drop down menu.
3. It will lead you to the login page. Click on 'New User'.
4. You will have to enter your email ID, policy number, or mobile number along with your date of birth.
5. After submitting the relevant details, you will have to create a password for yourself.
6. After a period of approximately 6 hours, your profile will be set up and you can use your credentials to check the policy status.

1. For registered users: If your already registered on the website, you have to follow the process mentioned below to check your policy status:
2. Click on 'Login' on ICICI Prudential's website and select 'Customer' from the drop down menu.
3. It will direct you to the login page where you have to enter your login credentials i.e. registered email ID or phone number along with the password.
4. Under the 'Start In' option, choose the option you wish to get information about. For details regarding policy status, you can click on 'View Policy Details'.
5. Click 'Sign In' to view the information.

1. Group policy customer:If you are the master policyholder of a group policy, you can email ICICI Prudential at grouplife@iciciprulife.com or call on 1860 266 7766 to check your policy status.

For New Users:

1. Click on contact us and select 'New Customer'. Click on 'Track Your Application' and select 'Click Here'. It will lead you to a new page where you will be asked to enter your registered phone number, application number of your policy, policy number, or your transaction ID along with your date of birth. After filling the details you can check your policy status.
2. Alternatively, you can use ICICI Prudential's chatbot service called 'Ask Ligo'. You can type your query or select the type of query you have from the list provided.
3. You can also find out your policy status by calling 1860 266 7766. ICICI Prudential's call-in facility is active 6 days a week. excluding public holidays. You can call them between 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.
