  4. You will have to enter your email ID, policy number, or mobile number along with your date of birth.
  5. After submitting the relevant details, you will have to create a password for yourself.
  6. After a period of approximately 6 hours, your profile will be set up and you can use your credentials to check the policy status.
  1. For registered users: If your already registered on the website, you have to follow the process mentioned below to check your policy status:
  2. Click on 'Login' on ICICI Prudential's website and select 'Customer' from the drop down menu.
  3. It will direct you to the login page where you have to enter your login credentials i.e. registered email ID or phone number along with the password.
  4. Under the 'Start In' option, choose the option you wish to get information about. For details regarding policy status, you can click on 'View Policy Details'.
