Next, click on ‘Branch Locator’ and you will be asked to select your state, your city, and area from the dropdown menu.     Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance Customer Care – Share your Problem

    This option is specifically set up to enable customers to not just register their complaint, but also check the status of their complaint. To access this option, click on Customer Service > Contact Us >Share Your Problem. This is the 5th option in the little tray at the bottom right of the page. Here, you will see 2 options – Register Now and Check Status.

    To register your problem, click on ‘Register Now’. You will then be asked to provide your policy number, phone number, and email ID. Next, select the complaint type from the drop down which includes the options of death claims, distant marketing/call center marketing/website marketing, policy servicing, proposal processing, survival claims, ULIP related, unfair business practices, and others. Next field is complaint sub type which will display options based on the complaint type that you select. Finally, in the last field, give the details pertaining to your complaint and click on ‘Submit now’ to finish.

    To check the status of your complaint, click on ‘Check status’ where you will asked to provide the complaint reference number. Click on submit to finish.
