Birla Sun Life Customer Care- How to Raise A Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the services offered to you or the response given to you by the customer service team, you may raise a complaint based on the sensitivity of the matter through the below-prescribed mechanisms:

Step 1:

You will find the ‘Give Feedback’ option menu on the customer service page. On clicking redressal, you will be redirected to a complaints page where you can register your first complaint through the ‘click here’ hyperlink mentioned in step 1.
