Customers who hold a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, or Diners Club credit card, can pay their Bajaj Allianz policy renewal premiums using the credit card method. To pay premiums, customers must log-in or register on the Bajaj Allianz Life website. Alternately, credit card holders with any of the above providers, can also set standing instructions with their issuing bank for auto-debit of the due premium amount on the premium due date.
To set credit card standing instructions, customers must visit the 'Renewal Payment Options' section on the Bajaj Allianz website and click on 'Online Payment' > 'Credit Card' > 'Set Credit Card Standing Instructions'. Next, they will be redirected to a new page where they will be required to provide their policy number, date of birth (of policy holder), policy sum assured, email ID, and mobile number. To complete the process, they must finally click on 'Pay Premium'.
Debit card holders of Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, and RuPay debit cards can also pay their Bajaj Allianz policy renewal premiums using their debit card. The procedure for this is the same as it is for credit cards.
Customers can also pay their policy renewal premiums via Bill Junction. To do this, they will first have to register themselves on the portal to provide authorization for carrying out payment. Here are the instructions to be followed.
Policyholders can also choose to pay premiums in EMIs. This facility is only available with credit cards issued by partner banks such as ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and HSBC.
Customers who have availed the net banking or internet banking facility with their bank, can use it to pay renewal premiums for their Bajaj Allianz policies. The procedure for making premium payment via net banking may differ depending on each bank's net banking portal. However the process will more or less be the same. To further add to the convenience they offer to customers, Bajaj Allianz also enables payment of renewal premiums via eWallets. Customers who use eWallet services like Airtel Money, Jio Money, Mobikwik, ItzCash, MoneyOnMobile, Oxigen, Paycash, Idea, Vodafone M Pesa, etc., can easily make their policy renewal payments via their chosen eWallet service.
People can also make their life insurance policy payments using the UPI (Unified Payments Interface (UPI) system. UPI basically works to consolidate multiple bank accounts and make them available via a single mobile application (of a participating bank).
