    If you are buying an existing property, the seller has to provide the possession certificate of the concerned property to you stating the date of possession.     • Step 8: Upon verification, your possession certificate will be issued.

    Follow the aforementioned steps to get your possession certificate for Andhra Pradesh. With the certificate you can include your property in the land revenue records, use as evidence in case of a legal dispute. Banks will also require this certificate to approve your home loan.
