a) Accelerated Critical Illness Benefit
If a member is diagnosed with a covered critical illness while the policy is active, then the insured amount (Sum Assured) for that member will be paid as per the schedule of policy. The payment will be made at the beginning of the month in which the illness is diagnosed. Once this benefit is paid, the member insurance cover under the policy will end. b) Accelerated Accidental Permanent Total Disability Benefit
If a member suffers from covered accidental permanent total disability while the policy is active, then the insured amount (Sum Assured) for that member will be paid as per the policy schedule. The payment will be made at the beginning of the month in which the disability occurs. After paying the benefit, the member insurance cover under the policy will end.

In case you fail to pay the premium within the grace period, your insurance cover will be discontinued. You may be able to reactivate your cover within the allowed revival period by meeting the requirements of the policy.
The policy offers a grace period of 30 days (Yearly/Half-Yearly/Quarterly) and 15 days (Monthly) from the premium due date to pay the premium without penalty. During this time, your policy remains paused (subject to the policy terms and conditions).
