  • Once the call is placed, you will hear 'Good afternoon! Welcome to Karnataka Bank'.
  • You'll be asked to select your preferred language. 1 for Kannada, 2 for Hindi and 3 for English.
  • Upon selecting your preferred language, the following options will be provided:
    • To block or unblock your debit card, dial 1.
    • To generate/reset your debit card pin, dial 2.
    • For debit card related services, dial 3.
    • For account-related services, dial 4.
    • Choose 4.
    • To speak to a phone banking officer, dial 9.
  • Once you've dialled 9, your call will be forwarded to a phone banking officer.
