    Call the toll-free number 1800-425-1444, and you’ll get the below options or messages on the IVR:

    1. Once the call is placed, you will hear ‘Good afternoon! Welcome to Karnataka Bank’.

    2. You’ll be asked to select your preferred language. 1 for Kannada, 2 for Hindi and 3 for English.

    3. Upon selecting your preferred language, the following options will be provided:

    • To block or unblock your debit card, dial 1.
    • To generate/reset your debit card pin, dial 2.

    • Choose 4.
    • To speak to a phone banking officer, dial 9.

    4. Once you’ve dialled 9, your call will be forwarded to a phone banking officer.
