SBI Hospital Daily Cash Insurance Plan

Between 18 years to 65 years

3 months onwards, if parents are covered under the plan

Can be renewed throughout the lifetime of insured

1. Medical history
2. Sum insured
3. If age of applicant is above 45 years

Varies depending on the injury or illness.

1. Maximum coverage of 30 days and
2. Maximum coverage of 60 days.

1. Hospitalisation benefit provided for hospitalisation for each completed and continuous period of 24 hours
2. ICU hospitalisation benefits of double amount of regular hospital benefit provided for each completed and continuous period of 24 hours in the intensive care unit.
3. Hospitalisation due to accidental bodily injury receives double amount of regular hospital benefit provided for each completed and continuous period of 24 hours due to the accidental injury.
4. Hospitalisation for 10 consecutive days receives thrice the amount of regular hospitalisation or Rs. 5,000 whichever is lesser.

1. Daily cash benefit up to Rs.2,000 for each day of hospitalisation
2. Daily cash benefit up to Rs.4,000 for each day of ICU hospitalisation
3. Daily cash benefit up to Rs.4,000 for each day of accidental hospitalisation
4. Fixed sum of up to Rs.5,000 for convalescence expenses
5. 15 days of free look period offered starting from first day of the policy.
