- Find the ‘Renewals’ tab.
- Click on ‘Renew Policy’.
- Select the insurance type in the first blank and ‘Policy No.’/‘Mobile No.’/‘Email ID’ in the second blank.
- Click on ‘Proceed’
- On the redirected page, enter personal details like name and contact information.
- Fill in the details about the policy like the policy number, product type, etc.
- Click on ‘Submit’.
- The payment can be made by debit card, credit card, or net-banking.
Offline Premium Payment:
Customers who may not have access to the internet or prefer the offline mode of payment can visit the nearest ICICI Lombard branch office. The payment at the branch office can be made by cash or by cheque.
