ICICI Lombard Health Insurance allows policyholders to pay their premiums online for renewals. One will need to enter personal details, policy details, contact details, and then make payments online via net banking, policy number, and product type.

ICICI Lombard offers various health insurance plans that customers can choose from based on their requirements. A basic health insurance plan that provides a complete health insurance solution to the policyholder is offered. It can be availed as an individual floater or a family floater. Super top-ups that cover critical illnesses are also available. A separate policy that covers accidental death and permanent disability is offered too. Therefore the customers can choose the right plan depending on factors like age, general health condition, premium affordability, etc. Top-ups can be added to increase coverage.

ICICI Lombard has the option of paying the premium online through the official website.

Access the ICICI Lombard website.
Find the ‘Renewals’ tab.
Click on ‘Renew Policy’.
Select the insurance type in the first blank and ‘Policy No.’/‘Mobile No.’/‘Email ID’ in the second blank.
Click on ‘Proceed’
On the redirected page, enter personal details like name and contact information.
Fill in the details about the policy like the policy number, product type, etc.
Click on ‘Submit’.
The payment can be made by debit card, credit card, or net-banking.

Offline Premium Payment:

Customers who may not have access to the internet or prefer the offline mode of payment can visit the nearest ICICI Lombard branch office. The payment at the branch office can be made by cash or by cheque.
