    IndusInd Bank Grievance Redressal

    In case, you have any complaints get in touch with the grievance redressal cell of the bank.

    • You can get in touch with the customer care executives to resolve the issue that you might be facing. In case, they fail to resolve the query you can approach the branch manager.
    • If the branch manager fails to address the grievance within 7 days, you can escalate the matter to the regional heads.
    • If the grievance remains unaddressed or unresolved for a period of 7 days after being brought to the attention of the regional heads, you can approach the nodal officer.
    • If the nodal officer is unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction within a period of 7 days, the matter will be investigated by the Chief Customer Service officer (CCSO) - Internal Ombudsman.
