    4. Select 1. You will get the following options:

    • For vehicle loan, press 3 
    • To access other consumer loan, press 4 
    • For a loan against security/flexi cash and overdraft products, press 5 
    • For query on home finance and fixed deposit, press 6 
    • To go to the previous menu, press 0

    5. Press 1. Then choose any of the following based on your requirement: 

    • Press 1 for statement related queries  
    •  Press 2 for request for documents or deliverables 
    • Press 3 for card payment of your home loan 
    • Press 4 for pre-closure of loan 
    • Press 5 for address change 
    • Press 6 to apply for a new loan

    Points to Remember 

    • Both the existing home loan customers and new customers of the bank can get in touch with the customer support team on the banking helpline numbers given above to get any of their loan-related queries addressed.  
    • You can go to the ICICI Bank Customer Care page at https://www.icicibank.com/contact-us/contact-us.page. Then choose the ‘Service Request’ option followed by ‘Home Loan’ Related option to get the required services. 
    • To register any of your home-loan related grievance that is unresolved you can also call 1800 200 3344 any time between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. through Monday to Friday. 
    • While registering your grievance make sure to provide the Service Request Number (numeric digits only) which is not more than 2 months old. 
    • You can check the status of your home loan application using the following tool - https://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/insta-banking/internet-banking/home-loan-related.page  
    • When you call the customer care centre of ICICI Bank make sure to call from the registered mobile number and keep your customer ID or account number handy for better assistance. 
    • While writing to the team ensure to mention your registered mail ID along with your mobile number. 
    • Mention your specific problem in detail. This will help to highlight the issue and make sure that it gets addressed quickly. 
    • Keep your previous complaint/reference number handy while calling the customer care centre or mention the same while posting a mail to the concerned officers.

    Redressal of Complaints and Grievance System 

    ICICI Bank has a well-designed grievance redressal system to help customers get their issues and grievances addressed by the experts. They provide the best assistance to effectively resolve your issues/grievances within quick turnaround time. These are the 4 levels of grievance redressal that they have put up in place: 

    Level 1 

    1. Go to the following link - https://nli.icicibank.com/NewRetailWeb/loadGrievanceFormOne.htm. Here provide your registered email ID. After you click on ‘EMAIL’ button a new page will appear with these options: 

    • Product/Service  
    • Complaint related to  
    • Type of complaint 

    2. Select Product/Services and then ‘Loan’ option. Next, select the most suitable option under ‘Complain related to’ and ‘Type of complain’ tab. Once done, a complaint form will appear where you need to key in your registered mail id and mobile number. Write your complaint within 1000 characters in the text box and submit. 

    Level 2 

    1. If you don’t get a satisfactory resolution to problem related to Home Loan at Level 1, then you can take it to the next level. Here are the steps that follow:

In case you do not have the reference number of Level 1 click on the option available for registering complaint without the complaint number of Level 1. 

    Level 3  

    1. In case you don’t get a proper response from the concerned bodies at Level 2 or are not happy with the resolution you can directly report your grievance to the Principal Nodal Officer, Mr. Vinayak M More.     3. ICICI Bank also has a dedicated Senior Management Grievance Cell to address the complaints of the customers. In case all the above-mentioned options fail to provide you with a satisfactory resolution you can get in touch with the Senior officials of the company.
