Salient features of PraPti Scheme:
The Prapti home loan scheme is in alliance with the Government’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana that targets the construction of 2 crore affordable houses for the urban poor by the year 2022.
The plan caters to economically weaker sections, low income groups, SC and ST, and women who are residents of the peripheral regions of the Metros, Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities.
Households with a maximum income of Rs. 6 lakh per annum can avail the Prapti home loan.
As per the scheme, home loans are offered at subsidised interest rates starting at 4%.
The plan allows flexible repayment options and offers the facility of zero conversion charges.

TATA Capital process is very quick in normal bank, it will take 1.5 months to get the loan but here i got it in 15 days and i got the approval in 4 days, when i given all my details, they done the process very fast and within 10 days, i received the cheque. I applied the loan amount of Rs. 44 lakhs with the interest rate of 9%.
TATA capital wonâ??t inform about any offers and facilities. My builder has told me to apply the loan with Home loan. I have applied the loan different banks where my builder has a tie up in that TATA was provided me a less interest rate hence i have chosen them. The given interest rates are nominal which is 8.99% and overall TATA capital is okay.
My housing loan was taken with TATA CAPITAL .My home loan experience was good with TATA CAPITAL, the loan amount was satisfactory and they followed up on time. But my experience with this institution is not is good they need to improve more . I got loan on time.

My first home loan with Tata Capital that experience was good but the interest is higher side. I took the loan amount of Rs.10 lakhs for ten years of duration. They do have balance transfer, part payment, foreclosure option. They give me emi loan reminder before the due date.

My home loan was taken with TATA CAPITAL . They taken just one month for sanctioning the loan . They allotted one person to me , they had completed all the formalities and procedure . That person not allowed me to come out of the house. Also he delivered the house loan cheque to my home .

It was a pretty smooth process with Tata capital for the home loan. The customer services are good and they were responsive through the process. The rate of interest is 8.35% fixed for seven years. After which the interest rate would be as per the RBI rule. The processing fee was normal, it is of 5 to 10K.

I have taken home loan from Tata Capital , they gave me the interest around 9% its a floating one. Initially my interest was 8.35% but within six months of time they reversed the higher interest. Anyway the process was easy. The field executive came to my place and collected the paper for the verification, it was simple. I got the loan amount within 8 months.
I had taken this Home loan a long time back and the process in getting this loan was quite good. It did not took much time and the loan amount which they had disbursed was sufficient. The interest rate with them has been nominal and the charges where also less.

I have been holding my housing loan with Tata capital for long time.The loan amount which they have charged me was sufficient, and the rate of interest they have charged me is up to 9.25% which was nominal, the processing fee they have charged was nominal,still this loan is running.
My home loan was taken with TATA CAPITAL . They need to be more transparency . The loan amount what they gave was satisfactory . They charge nominal rate of interest . But i am not happy with home loan services i got some issue while taking the loan .

I have been holding my home loan with Tata capital.The loan amount which they have given me was sufficient,and the rate of interest which they have charged me was nominal,the rate of interest is not fixed ,it varied according to the market value, they have charged me processing fee which was nominal,still this loan is running.

I have been holding my home loan with tata capital, they have given me sufficient loan amount and the rate of interest they have charging me was nominal for me they have charged me up to 9.6% and they have charged me processing fee or not i have no idea,there is some issue in electronic emi, like i have paid the emi due but still it is not showing in the transaction, there customer service is not up to the mark, need to concentrate with electronic devise, so that there will be no mis understanding .
In this housing loan they have given 10% as the rate of interest, its for 20 years tenor i have taken, documentation part mostly i have did it in the online itself which are all major documents but for signature in hard copy they came and collected from me, it was hassle free at the time of fund transfer.
I have been holding my home loan with Tata capital, they have given me sufficient loan amount and the rate of interest they have charging me was up to 8.35% on initial but now it is 8.50% or approx to that and it was nominal for me and they have charged me processing fee it was nominal and i have applied this loan a year ago and i took for 20 years as tenure period.

I never called up the customer care services. The health insurance is provided by my company. My company only will pay the premium amount. The hospital listed provided in this insurance policy. Cashless treatment is available. I an claim maximum of 1.5 lakhs. I have taken this policy for my family.

Whenever the interest fluctuation, they wont inform me. Whenever I'm going to do for balance transfer, that time they will reduce the interest rates. I'm paying the EMI of Rs. 37000 per month. I have applied the loan amount of Rs. 34 lakhs but i have received the amount of Rs. 24 lakhs. I'm not much aware of the interest rates. The processing is fee little bit high.

My home loan experience with TATA CAPITAL was very good, the process was smooth and i received my loan amount on time. The loan amount was for Rs 13.5 lakhs with 9.85% interest which is nominal in the market. The tenure period for this loan is for 18 years.

The customer support service and the response is not up to the mark with the TATA CAPITAL. I have got the home loan from the TATA CAPITAL around 5years ago. I use to pay the EMI on time but still they are showing that I have paid the EMI after the due date. This has affected my credit score.
