Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited (TCHFL) has always supported the empowerment of the urban poor segment by assisting them in the purchase of their dream home. They have been constantly introducing new schemes, special offers, hassle free processing facilities and offering the best rates of interest for this purpose. They have a dedicated vertical for this, catering to 50 locations in the country.

In addition to providing long term loans for housing purposes, TCHFL provides loans for residential land purchase, home renovation projects and offers construction finances to developers.

For availing a home loan, lenders look to validate the income of the applicant and verify his CIBIL Score. As long as the CIBIL score of the applicant is good, he will not have too many problems in getting the approval for the loan. However, for individuals falling under the low income bracket, it is quite difficult to avail a credit.
