What are the types of claims that can be done at Max Bupa Health Insurance network hospitals?

The following types of claims can be executed at the Max Bupa network hospitals:

  • Cashless Claims - Max Bupa provides cashless settlements at network hospitals. If you choose to be treated at any one of the hospitals that fall under the Max Bupa Cashless Network Hospitals, you will not be required to pay your hospital bill. Max Bupa will directly settle the amount with the hospital, provided that the treatment is covered under the plan. Any amount that is charged by the hospital outside of the plan coverage will have to be borne by you. Simply provide your Max Bupa Health Card or policy document along with your ID proof to the hospital and the rest will be taken care of.
  • Reimbursement Claims - This insurance claim requires you to pay your hospital bill and then get reimbursed by Max Bupa.
