If you don't find the resolution to your satisfaction or the bank fails to respond to you within 10 working days, you are free to escalate the complaint to the Principal Nodal Officer at the Corporate and Registered Office of the Bank.
In case all the banking channels fail to resolve your concern or grievance within 30 days, or you are dissatisfied with the resolution received, you have the option to approach the Banking Ombudsmen appointed by the Reserve Bank of India for grievance redressal.
