SVC Co-operative Bank Limited Grievance Redressal

SVC Co-operative Bank has put in place customer grievance redressal mechanism and process to ensure quick resolution of customer home loan complaints.

• In case, you have any complaint the matter should be brought to the notice of the branch manager for redressal. You can escalate the matter to the divisional manager at C.O./Zonal Office if the matter is not redressed to your satisfaction after four (4) working days of registering the compliant to the branch manager.
• The matter can be further escalated if not resolved to your satisfaction. After the expiry of 4 days, the matter can be brought to the notice of AGM/DGM.
• If you are not satisfied with the reply provided by the AGM/DGM, you can approach the Nodal Officer appointed under the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006. You can write to him/her at -
