    RBL Customer Care IVR Manual

    You can reach the RBL Bank customer care by calling the toll free number 1800 123 8240. The IVR process is as follows:

    • Welcome to RBL Bank. To continue in English, dial 1, for Hindi dial 2, for Marathi dial 3.
    • On selecting the appropriate option, you hear the following – ‘This line is dedicated to blocking of card, reporting any frauds and customer grievance redressal. For any further banking queries or assistance please call on 61156300.’
    • Please dial 1 to block your card, dial 2 if you want to report a banking fraud or an unauthorized transaction, dial 3 for grievance redressal.

    RBL Grievance Redressal

    RBL Bank has a grievance redressal policy in place to ensure that their customers are treated fairly at all times. In case you want to bring to light any complaints approach the grievance redressal cell of the bank.

    The grievance redressal process is as follows:

    • First Level Grievance Redressal Forum – You can approach the forum in case you have not received the expected level of service. To do so, you can either contact the customer care executives or write to the Branch manager. You need to provide the details of the complaint along with your name and bank account number. Once the complaint is made, an acknowledgement of your complaint will be provided along with a reference number. You can expect a response within 10 days.
    • Second Level Grievance Redressal Forum – In case, you are not satisfied with the response provided, the grievance can be escalated. It can be done using the reference number provided to you at the time of registering the complaint. If the complaint is escalated to the second level, the Regional Nodal Officer will look into the matter. He/she shall respond within 10 days. Given below is the list of Regional Nodal Officers:

    • Third Level Grievance Redressal Forum – The complaint can be escalated further if satisfactory response is not provided by the Regional Nodal Officers. The third level of escalation will see the principal nodal officer of the Bank looking into the matter. The time taken by him/her to respond is also 10 days.
