I was planning to buy the home but I have cancelled the plan due to some other reason, so I did not go ahead with the PNB housing finance limited.Customer service and other things were really good, also their response too. In future, I would like to go ahead with them.

The reason I haven't got the Home loan with PNB HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED, because I haven't submitted my documents due of lack time, so that was the reason I can't proceed for the home loan with PNB HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED. The customer service and the response part was good. They gave a call and explained about the product briefly. The service was average with PNB HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED.

      0.5 3.0/5 "Satisfactory"
The rate of of interest is siomilar for all the banks, so I am okay with the 9.55% given to me by PNB Housing finance. The part I was not satisfied was the insurance. They have given me an insurance only for seven years when my tenure is for 20 years and when I clarified the same the person was very reluctant in providing me the details. They were in a habit of hiding information. They were also in a habit of getting signatures on blank paper, they would ask me to sign and they would fill in the details later on it. This process was not to my liking. Since my project for the home loan was approved earlier by this institution I went ahead with them.

Am happy with the process with PNB Housing finance limited. I have taken my home loan from them. The only thing that surprised me was the rate of interest. I was intially informed a rate of 9.65%. At the latter stage I go to know the rate they offered me was of 10.25%. Unable to remember the processing charges they have taken from me. The loan was provided to me on time.

      0.5 3.0/5 "Satisfactory"
I got my Home Loan from HDFC LIMITED before six months. Since I am already an account holder my first choice would be to my own bank. They processed very quickly and even they released my payment faster. I am finding very difficult in paying the processing fee for every time. It would be helpful if they reduce those charges.

I took housing loan from SBI I would say that Interest offered is very low compared to HDFC bank. I would like to tell that SBI should work on the service provided to their customers. Apart from that I would say that over all it is good..........

HDFC Limited is good so much glad. At that time the interest rate was 8.5% whereas they increased in to 11% later two years. HDFC have taken at that time 10,000 for processing charge.
